Fall Off The Bone Ribs!
These Fall Off The Bone Ribs are a simple recipe that is baked low and slow in the oven creating a tender, juicy and flavorful bbq dinner.
HOW LONG TO YOU BAKE RIBS IN THE OVEN?
For these particular ribs we used baby back and we cooked them on lowest setting for approximately 6 hours. If you’re looking at spare ribs you are looking at a little longer time.
These Ribs go wonderfully with all kinds of side dishes. Potato salad, corn cobs, salad, fresh fruit, macaroni and cheese. You really can’t go wrong when it comes to making something that pairs great with these.
Ingredients :
- I package of beef ribs (approx 10-12)
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard 1 can Salsa de Chile De Fresco (optional) it’s basically spicy tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup white vinegar (helps with tenderizing)
- 3/4 cup mesquite BBQ sauce (or your favorite) I don’t like mine too sweet
- 1/4 cup Spicy V8 juice
Directions :
- Cut ribs off rack and place in crockpot, mix all other ingredients in a bowl until mixed and simple pour over ribs.
- Cook on the lowest setting for approximately 6 hours. The meat will simply fall off the bone. Serve with your favorite side dish.
Once you try these Fall Off The Bone Ribs you’ll never want anything else, we haven’t gone back to any recipe besides this one and we don’t regret it one bit!
