Soft, crunchy and airy all-in-one!
Bluffing! These cakes, although fried, have the flavor of our famous childhood donuts, devoured on the beach during the summer holidays! A little more frying oil, but they are to be tested and tasted without moderation!
Store in an airtight box or carefully wrapped in a sheet of cling film for a maximum of 48 hours.
It is best to eat them quickly, or to freeze them as soon as they have cooled (always protected in a box or in cling film), for 15 days, because beyond that they will lose their taste qualities. Good tasting !
What you’ll need :
●two hundred forty grams of flour
●one tablespoon of sunflower oil
●one teaspoon yeast
●one teaspoon vanilla sugar
●one tablespoon of sugar
●one tablespoon baking powder
●one pinch of salt
●Half a cup of water
– Knead the yeast dough. Let’s go up.
– Divide the dough into two parts and separate the cakes. Each cake is cut into six triangles. Let’s go up.
– Fry in a frying pan with a large amount of oil.
– Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy !
