Mini Churros In The Bottle
How to make churros in 5 minutes with a genius trick!
If you’re starting to get tired of your recipes, now’s the time to try a new one.
Especially since it is very easy! Ideal for a snack (or dessert).
These traditional churros are golden and crispy on the outside and warm and mushy on the inside.
A treat of perfect texture. Made with simple pantry ingredients and impossible to resist! Lightly sweetened with cinnamon sugar you can drizzle it with Dulce de Leche. You can’t go wrong serving these to your family and friends.
I don’t think anyone can resist freshly made churros, still warm straight from the fryer. They’re just the ultimate sweet treat and so much fun to both make and eat, I mean, who can say no to hot cinnamon doughnuts with chocolate sauce?
•220g (1 cup) flour
•380ml (1 3/4 cups) water
•1 tbsp of olive oil
•1 tsp sugar
•1/2 tsp salt
•Vegetable oil for frying
•100g (1/2 cup) sugar
•100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
•1 tsp ground cinnamon
•White chocolate melted to dip in
•Dark chocolate melted to dip in
➔In a bottle cut the star with a hot knife.
➔In a pan mix together salt, sugar, oil and mix well, add in flour, when cool enough mix in eggs.
➔Transfer dough to the bottle, squeeze churros into hot oil, and fry until golden brown.
➔Mix together sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon and dip churros into it.
➔Serve with melted chocolate.
