To make a success of the recipe, it is necessary to measure the ingredients well and to prepare them before starting the recipe.

You must also respect the cooking time and temperature, so follow the steps described below step by step.

Buns filled with butter. These soft buns are the perfect buns for any occasion, but especially for birthdays.

They are made from wheat flour, butter, eggs, yeast, sugar and milk.

If you want to bake the buns the day before, then I would recommend freezing them. As with most yeast dough, they dry quickly.

Ingredients :

•500 g flour

•10 g dry yeast

•6 tbsp powdered milk

•100 g soft butter

•70 g sugar

•10 g salt

•About 350 ml lukewarm water (+ or – depending on the flour)

•1 egg yolk to gild.

Preparation :

➔Put the yeast in a bowl.

➔Pour some lukewarm water over it.
Mix.

➔Leave aside for a few minutes.

➔Mix the flour with the salt, sugar and milk.

➔Add the yeast.

➔Knead while gradually adding water.

➔The dough must be very soft, if not add a little water.

➔Cut the butter into small pieces.

➔Add it to the dough.

➔Knead until the butter is well incorporated.

➔Roll the dough into a ball.

➔Cover the container.

➔Leave the dough to double in size in a warm place away from drafts.

➔Degas the dough.

➔Cut it into 12 equal pieces.

➔Roll the pieces into balls.

➔Place the buns on a baking sheet or in a muffin tin
Let rise again.

➔Gild with egg yolk mixed with a little milk.

➔Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C.

➔Bake for 20 minutes or until the buns turn golden brown.

➔Put them on a rack.

➔Let cool.
