Banana bread has never been my favorite, so I knew it would take me some time to test lots of different recipes to find out what I like best about banana bread, and then perfect my own version.
I’m happy to say that I found the fluffy banana bread which is going to be my favorite from now on!
Ingredients :
3 ( The riper the better)
2eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions :
➔Preheat oven to (170c)
➔Thoroughly mash bananas
➔Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, mix well with a wire whisk (or sifter).
➔Whisk the eggs lightly in a separate bowl, add oil and vanilla, then when the oven is finished preheating add the wet to the dry.
➔Pour into a loaf pan that has been generously greased with vegetable shortening.
➔Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick or cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clean. You don’t want your bread to be too dry (it’s supposed to be lonely and moist), so try to get it out just when the tester comes out clean, don’t leave it in the oven too long after that.
