 Snow Crab Legs in Garlic Butter Beer Sauce

An easy crab legs recipe with a garlicky butter sauce that’s ready in just 20 minutes!

I ended up getting some snow crab legs on sale at the market. I wanted something a little different from plain steamed, boiled,or grilled crab

legs, so I ended up throwing a few things together to make this awesome crab leg recipe.

This dish would be great with shrimp as well.

• 4 large king crab legs

• ½ cup garlic butter

• Best breadcrumbs

• Salt and black pepper, to taste

Before starting with our first recipe for King Crab Legs, preheat the oven to 400ºF.

Meanwhile, cut the crab legs in half and open them lengthwise.

Using a basting brush, spread the garlic butter evenly over the flesh where you made the slits.

In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the salt and black pepper.

Sprinkling breadcrumb mix on top and placing crab legs on a baking sheet.

Set the oven to broil and leave the pan in the oven.

Grill the crab legs for about 6-8 minutes.

Removing them from oven and serving them immediately.
