Fruit Salad
Perfect fruit salad for a backyard barbecue or for any occasion. There are never any leftovers! This is one of my favorite fruit salad recipes, as I think the sauce really makes it.
This salad tastes tastier the more you let it soak in its juices. Best 3 to 4 hours in the fridge before serving.

If you want to stay healthy, drink lemon juice throughout the day. The vitamin C and antioxidants in lemons can strengthen your immune system and help your body fight infections such as the cold and flu virus. It may also shorten the duration of illness
Ingredients:
Winter Fruit Salad:
●2 red apples cored and diced
●2 pears cored and diced
●4 clementine oranges peeled and separated into segments
●3 kiwi fruit peeled and sliced into thin rounds and then silce rounds into quarters
●½ cup dried cranberries
●1 cup pomegranate seeds
●Maple Lime Dressing:
●2 tablespoons maple syrup
●1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
Instructions:
Combine all salad ingredients (except the dressing ingredients) in a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients (maple syrup and lime juice).
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately.
