Topped with ranch sauce and then topped with cheese. Even the pickiest of eaters will love the Cheesy Ranch Chicken. Adding cheese to any recipe makes it so much better! Everyone in my house loves cheese and it’s actually a way for my kids to eat a lot of foods they wouldn’t otherwise want to eat.

Don’t want broccoli? Just top it with some grated cheese! Won’t you eat potatoes? Here’s a little cheese on top! It works every time I love this recipe and usually serve it with steamed vegetables, salad or potatoes.

This Cheesy Ranch Chicken takes nearly zero effort in the prep department. You could toss it together after a long day and have dinner on the table in 30 minutes. The tangy ranch, the crunchy cheesy topping..you too will be a chicken and cheese family in no time flat.

Ingredients :

2 chicken breasts

1/2 cup Mayo (or a block of cream cheese, softened)

3 cloves of garlic minced

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 packet of ranch flavoring

Directions :

Mix it all in a bowl and slather onto your chicken breasts and bake for 30 minutes at 400°.

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice, and asparagus or green beans! Enjoy!
