Italian Drunken Noodles Recipe
Drunk Italian pasta is an Italian mix of my favorite Thai-style dishes. Filled with noodles drenched in delicious wine sauce, and chunks of spicy Italian sausage, plus sweet peppers, onions, and basil, this Italian cuisine on drunken pasta is not only hearty, but quick and easy to prepare too!
With strips of wide rice noodles marinated in sweet and savory sauce, charred red and yellow peppers and onions, a selection of spicy meat, tofu, or shrimp, and a light flower of fresh Thai basil, this dish always hits the spot when it comes to all those big flavors that come with it. I crave it in Thai cuisine.
I have to admit, whenever I enjoyed this dish it always made me wonder what the Italian version of it would taste like…
Anytime I go out to eat Thai food, I’ll have drunken noodles, no doubt. There’s just something about this slippery dish that is positively irresistible, so when you find another opportunity to apply it in your life, you should, of course, do it.
This opportunity is drunk Italian pasta. It’s just as slippery, as drooling, but instead it’s flavored with Italian flavors like spicy sausage, red tomato sauce, onions, peppers, and fresh herbs. It’s super delicious and fast too!

➔Remove the pot from the stove.
➔Refer to the package of the noodles to know how to prepare them.
➔Add the drained noodles into the sauce, then toss until well coated.
➔Sprinkle basil over each serving to garnish.
➔Serve immediately
