Taco Stuffed Tomatoes

●4 tomatoes
●1 lb. ground beef
●1 packet Taco Seasoning
●Shredded Lettuce
●Onions diced
●Fiesta Mexican blend Shredded Cheese
●Sour Cream
●Taco sauce for dipping
How to prepare
Step 1:
Cut an “X” shape into the top of each tomato and pull them apart gently. Then brown your hamburger, and add in the taco seasoning.
Step 2:
Fill the bottom of each tomato with lettuce, then the taco meat, onion, and shredded cheese. Top with sour cream.
