Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup
This tomato and cabbage soup was rumored, back in the old days, to melt those thighs up.
This closure taught me a lot of things. The most important thing is to take care of myself for the sake of my children. Look, I’ve gained a lot of weight in about 3 months.
Last week I felt something strange. I got a little dizzy and had this strange feeling on my chest while I was doing the laundry.
I knew what that was because I went through this episode about two years ago.
I knew in that moment that I had to lose weight and eat healthy foods, so I went online and searched a lot of recipes that would not only make me healthy but also make me want to eat more of them.
Something I would like. I found this exact recipe. It is delicious even my children, who are not fans of vegetables, by the way, love it! I added tomato sauce to make it more appealing to the eyes.
It adds color and flavor to the dish. When it comes to broth chicken and pork work too but I prefer beef as it has a lower amount of fat content
Ingredients
●5 carrots, chopped
●3 onions, chopped
●2 (16 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid
●1 large head cabbage, chopped
●1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
●1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
●2 quarts tomato juice
●2 green bell peppers, diced
●10 stalks celery, chopped
●1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
Directions
Place carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, peppers, and celery in a large pot. Add onion soup mix, tomato juice, beef broth, and enough water to cover vegetables.
Simmer until vegetables are tender. May be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
