1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup of cornstarch
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
Juice of half a lime
1 tablespoon of olive oil
8-10 small tortillas
Shredded cabbage or lettuce
Diced avocado
Chopped cilantro


In a mixing bowl, whisk together cornstarch, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
Add the shrimp to the dry mixture and toss to coat evenly.
