Some tender BBQ ribs

You’ll need :
2 racks of pork baby back ribs
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs. This can be done by sliding a butter knife under the skin and pulling it away from the meat. Discard the skin.
In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Place the ribs on the grill, bone-side down. Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
After 30 minutes, flip the ribs over and brush the BBQ sauce mixture over the top of the ribs. Close the lid and cook for another 30 minutes.
Repeat step 7 every 10-15 minutes for another hour or until the ribs are tender and the meat is falling off the bone.
Once the ribs are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
Cut the ribs into individual pieces and serve with your favorite sides, such as corn on the cob, baked beans, or coleslaw.
