Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Garlic Cream Sauce Recipe

You’ll need :


➤For the Salmon Bites:


● 1 lb fresh salmon, cut into small bite-size pieces

● 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

● 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

● 1 tsp dried oregano

● 1 tsp dried thyme

● 1 tsp garlic powder

● 1/2 tsp salt

● 1/4 tsp black pepper

● 2 eggs, beaten



➤ For the Garlic Cream Sauce:


● 1/2 cup sour cream

● 1/4 cup mayonnaise

● 1 clove garlic, minced

● 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

● Salt and pepper to taste


Method :


Step 1 :

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.


Step 2 :

In a shallow dish, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.


Step 3:

In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.


Step 4:

Dip each salmon bite into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the crumbs onto the salmon to adhere.





Step 5:

Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lightly spraying them with olive oil cooking spray.


Step 6:

Air fry the salmon bites for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.


Step 7:

While the salmon is cooking, prepare the garlic cream sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
