You’ll need :
● 200g dark chocolate
● 150g unsalted butter
● 3 eggs
● 3 egg yolks

Method :
Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Grease six ramekins with butter and dust them with cocoa powder. Make sure that the ramekins are coated well to prevent sticking.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl with the butter. Set the bowl over a pan of simmering water and stir until the chocolate and butter have melted and combined. Remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until the mixture becomes pale and thick. This should take around 5 minutes.
Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
Sift the flour and salt over the chocolate mixture and gently fold it in using a spatula. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekins, filling them up to three-quarters full.
Place the ramekins on a baking tray and bake them in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly wobbly.
Remove the ramekins from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before turning them out onto plates. Use a small knife to loosen the edges if necessary.
Dust the moelleux chocolate with cocoa powder and serve them immediately with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
