โ—4 boneless skinless chicken breasts as even in size to each other as possible

โ—4 oz crumbled feta cheese

โ—4 oz sun dried tomatoes in oil oil strained, diced

โ—2 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley minced

โ—3 Tbsp pesto


โ—fresh cracked pepper

โ—1/3 cup pesto to coat chicken

โ—2 Tbsp olive oil for cooking
