β3 Tbsp ketchup
β3 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
β3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
β1/3 cup milk
β1 Β½ tsp salt, or to taste
β1 Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
βΒΌ tsp ground black pepper
βΒ½ tsp ground paprika
Meatloaf Sauce Ingredients:
β3/4 cup ketchup
β1 Β½ tsp white vinegar
β2 Β½ Tbsp brown sugar
β1 tsp garlic powder
βΒ½ tsp onion powder
βΒΌ tsp ground black pepper
βΒΌ tsp salt
β Directions :
Step 1:
Line a 9βx5β loaf pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 375Β°F.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the meatloaf. Mix well to combine.
Step 3:
Add meat to the loaf pan, gently press meat down and shape evenly and bake meatloaf at 375ΛF for 40 minutes.
Step 4:
In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together for the sauce.
Step 5:
Spread the sauce over meatloaf then return to oven and bake additional 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160ΛF.
Step 6:
Rest meatloaf 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with baking juices from the pan.
