° Half a cup of flour
° 3½ – 4 cups milk

* 6 slices of bacon, cooked and minced

Bring mixture to a boil, covering & simmer for 10 min.
Adding broccoli, cover also simmer for an add 10 minutes.
When it is boil, melt the butter ina saucepan.
Whisk in flour and cooking for other min (or until golden brown).
Whisking in milk and for another 5 min, until sauce thickens.
Ading cheese & stir until melt. Adding salt, pepper & garlic.
Pour cheese sauce to saucepan and toss until well mixed.
Add more milk for a thinner consistency if you like a thinner soup, and add any extra salt and pepper need.
