INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian Rolls
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices soppressata
- 6 large slices mortadella
- 6 slices capicola
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup olive salad, homemade or store-bought
- Olive oil for brushing
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Keeping rolls in one solid sheet, use a large bread knife to slice them in half horizontally.
- Place top sheet aside and layer mozzarella, soppressata, mortadella, capicola, and provolone in even layers.
- Spoon on olive salad and spread in a thin layer, then place top sheet of rolls over everything.
- Bake rolls for 8 minutes, then remove from oven and lightly brush olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and return to oven for 4 minutes or until lightly toasted.
