INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian Rolls
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices soppressata
  • 6 large slices mortadella
  • 6 slices capicola
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup olive salad, homemade or store-bought
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
PREPARATION
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Keeping rolls in one solid sheet, use a large bread knife to slice them in half horizontally.
  3. Place top sheet aside and layer mozzarella, soppressata, mortadella, capicola, and provolone in even layers.
  4. Spoon on olive salad and spread in a thin layer, then place top sheet of rolls over everything.
  5. Bake rolls for 8 minutes, then remove from oven and lightly brush olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and return to oven for 4 minutes or until lightly toasted.
