Delicious Pork Chops with Baked Potatoes Recipe


  • 6 pork chops
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 can of chicken broth (14 oz)

  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Butter a 9 x 13 inch skillet.
  3. Place the potatoes and onions in the bottom of the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fry the pork chops until golden brown, season with salt, and arrange them on top of the potatoes and onions.
  5. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir until smooth. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  6. Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
