Bring mixture to a boil, covering & simmer for 10 min.

Adding broccoli, cover also simmer for an add 10 minutes.

Whisking in milk and for another 5 min, until sauce thickens.

Ading cheese & stir until melt. Adding salt, pepper & garlic.

Pour cheese sauce to saucepan and toss until well mixed.

Add more milk for a thinner consistency if you like a thinner soup, and add any extra salt and pepper need.
