Pro Tips for Perfect Philly Cheese Steak Burgers:

Choose quality beef: Opt for ground beef with 80% lean meat, which strikes a balance between flavor and juiciness.

Don’t overwork the meat: Handle the ground beef gently when forming patties to avoid making them tough.

Toast the buns: Lightly toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster for extra flavor and to prevent them from becoming soggy.

Experiment with cheeses: While provolone is classic, feel free to try other cheese varieties like Swiss or cheddar for unique flavor profiles.
