— Ingredients Needed :



▢200g of cookies

▢80g melted butter

▢300g of fresh or frozen blueberries

▢25g of sugar

▢450g cream cheese

▢160ml thick cream

▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract

▢1 tablespoon lemon juice

▢125g powdered sugar

▢10g gelatin powder

▢50ml of water

▢150 fresh blueberries on top



— Preparation: 



1. Add the melted butter to a small bowl, and mix in crushed biscuits.



2. Transfer the crumb mixture to a springform pan and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.



3. Add the blueberries to a small saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and lemon juice.



4. Once all the sugar has dissolved, blend the blueberries with a stick blender. Allow to cool.



5. Add the gelatin to the water and allow to sit for a few minutes.



6. In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese with powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract.



7. Add the cooled blueberry mixture and mix well.



8. Add in gelatin and whisk together.



9. Transfer the mixture to a springform pan.



10. Use a rubber spatula to smooth the surface. Refrigerate for at least two hours (or overnight).


11. Decorate with blueberries and flowers.
